Reiki - Distance

Reiki isn't very well known in the western world, but more & more people are now open to learning about it & how it can benefit you, your family, health, career & lifestyle.

How many times have you been hurt in the past? How many times have you had something happened to you that has turned your life upside down? Do you get ill time & time again with no explanation? We've all been there. Even if you think you've dealt with it, it's probably still there deep down causing underlying issues. That's where reiki can help! 

What is Reiki? 

Reiki isn't very well know in the Western world, and may sound 'new age' to some, but the practice of Reiki is anything but. Dating back to at least the early 1900's, Reiki was practiced in Japan by Makao Usui. Reiki is a spiritual healing technique, which uses what is known as 'universal life force energy' by allowing the Reiki practitioner to help your body work its own healing magic. I allow myself to act as a conduit, to allow the universal life energy, to flow through my hands, and into you.

Who is it good for?
No matter if you are seeking Reiki to feel more relaxed and calm, for mental health and well-being or to help heal a past trauma, Reiki is for you. There isn't one person in this world that hasn't faced negative energy, trauma, family issues, relationships problems, bullying & other experiences that damage us as people. 

What happens during a treatment?
During a session, as the client, all we ask you to do is to is lay down, relax. Hopefully your body will allow itself to fall into a deep state of meditation. With this being in the comfort of your own home, there will be no physical contact. I will email you to let you know when the session starts and again when the session ends.

You can be any age to attend a Reiki session with me, however if you are under the age of 18 you will be required to bring a parent/guardian with you for the session.

Please be aware that after healing, you may feel emotional, drained, tired or experience a healing crisis after your session. This is normal and is your body's way of clearing out the low vibrations to make way for the new higher level you deserve. If you need support, please contact us.
